the 40th annual “Brightest and Best” was held at Broadcast House and hosted by Channel 7 News. This event celebrates the accomplishments of the highest achieving graduating seniors from local schools. There were over 200 honorees in attendance. Senior Sarah Hayes was chosen to represent our school. She is the president in student and class council, is involved with NHS, is taking three AP classes, was on the varsity bowling team and will graduate with a 4.2 GPA. The students at this event took part in a Twitter scavenger hunt and posted on the WXYZ Twitter page.
