      It is easy to find healthy foods to help you lose weight fast and easy without crazy diets and doing crazy workouts. Working out a couple days a week is always a good thing but you can not push your body past a certain point.

      You can download apps on your phone to count your calories and help you decide what the right meals for you. There are also apps that you can download on your phone for free to show you workouts and how to do them and for how long. Working out and eating healthy can give you better results rather than if you just work out or just eating healthy. If you work out but you eat a bunch of junk food you’re not going to change your body, it will stay the same because even though you are working out you’re putting those calories back into your body.

      Leafy greens including kale and spinach are low in calories and carbohydrates, loaded with fiber and very high in many vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals including calcium, which has been shown to help fat burning in studies. Eating leafy greens with other foods is a great way to add volume to your meals without adding calories. Numerous studies show that diets with a low energy density makes people eat fewer calories.

      In one study they used 30 overweight women. The women showed that eating eggs for breakfast, instead of bagels, improved feelings of fullness and made them eat less for the next 36 hours or so.

      Eating apples, bananas, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, cranberries, grapes, any fruit is good for you!
