The organization has been in the process of preparing for the annual inspection, spending every day after school for drill and Raiders practice.
Throughout the year they participate in events that give back to the community such as an event honoring veterans, collecting items for the homeless like they have in past years, and most recently cadets went to the Dyer Center to help feed the senior citizens on April 26. They also participate in competitions with one of the most recent being April 27 at Genesee Career Center in Flint with 11 schools competing, such as Genesee Career Center, Jackson Career Center, Southgate, Chandler, and Renaissance. Even though they did not place this at this competition these cadets enjoyed the competition and cannot wait to continue their journey.
