This year’s Rocket Extravaganza was an excellent display of talent, with a variety of performances ranging from piano playing to delivering powerful poetry. The audience was ecstatic to see the students of Glenn get out of their comfort zone and perform their talents. The event was orchestrated by senior Trevo’N Brooks, and English teacher Mrs. Lezak introduced each performance as emcee.

To get a better understanding of how much effort students put into their performances I asked student Lynnae Perrine how long she rehearsed for the show and she said it took her about a month to practice the song completely. Many other students practiced just as hard, and it’s fair to say their practice paid off after such a wonderful performance.
